Man does this quarter ever suck. All I have time for is pasta and cupcakes. I made the Chocolate Mint Cupcakes from VCTOTW, but I didn't have any chocolate, so I just added cocoa to the mint frosting and added that on top for some pretties. They turned out pretty darn tasty.

I guess Spring quarter has been no better, I was hoping for new vegan goodies to ogle :)
